With the start of our return to normality in workplaces, there’s been an increase in communal and collaborative spaces as a way of enticing people back to working from the office. Robyn Skeates Office Interiors recently completed this collaboration room for an Auckland corporate, working with the client’s builders for the hard fit-out. It features a custom amphitheatre seat fit for larger meetings and presentations – a step away from the traditional boardroom setting. This space allows and encourages opportunity for co-working and caters to the blended 9-5 work hours we’ve adapted post pandemic. Along with providing the full soft fit-out for this room, we also designed a set of custom lockers for their main office area as a stylish way to feature personal storage, and a solution to keeping their open plan space clutter free.
